We are gluten free. A few years ago, my brother-in-law was diagnosed with Celiac Disease, and we quickly found out that gluten was impacting our home too.
To begin with, we were gluten free for my oldest son, but as our adventure continues, we’re learning that my husband and my other son may also be reacting to gluten.
This blog was developed as a resource for families starting out on this journey or those who are on it already and looking for some validation. We’re not perfect, and we know this is a journey. We’ve learned so much about gluten and we will share what we know right here for you.
